I had a chapter presentation on the subject of listening this week. Whenever possible I try to incorporate clips from the NBC show "The Office." This is the one I used this week, I've been this bored a work before, have you?


I wonder what does Rudy Giuliani think about September 11th? Is this his entire campaign?
